Biodiversity outside, biodiversity inside
Virginie Perrot is a narrative therapist and sophrologist in Nice. She accompanies people through sensitive approaches that combine writing, listening and exploration of the living.
Her workshop takes us on a journey between the living world outside - as portrayed in the festival's films - and the living world within us. Through readings and writing proposals, participants will explore their relationship with living things from a sensitive, intimate and poetic angle. Through collective writing and voluntary shared readings, this moment of exchange will enable the emergence of an "ecology of emotions" that complements the ecology of ecosystems. No writing skills are required: all that counts is listening, curiosity and the desire to explore. A gentle, lively space for dialogue between our stories and those of the world.
Objective: to open up an accessible, creative and non-therapeutic space for writing about living things, and to bring together the stories of biodiversity
