Gilles de Maistre, filmmaker, producer and journalist, born in 1960, is an emblematic figure of socially-aware cinema. His early career in journalism after studying philosophy led him to produce poignant reports on humanitarian crises around the world.

The creation of Tetra Media in 1990, followed by Mai Juin Productions in 2004, marked the beginning of his foray into documentary and film production, combining artistic sensibility with social commitment. Among her most famous works, Mia et le Lion Blanc (2018) stands out for its international reach and its message in favor of animal protection. This follows on from projects such as Le Loup et le Lion (2021) and the much-anticipated Le Dernier Jaguar (2024), which tackle crucial ecological themes such as deforestation and animal trafficking. In parallel, de Maistre explores new narratives with Moon the Panda, co-produced with Gaumont, promising a new cinematic adventure that combines awareness and entertainment.

Margaux Moreno

With a degree in Marketing and Communication, Margaux Moreno has had a passion for computers and video editing since childhood, a passion that today takes concrete form in the creation of promotional films for Cannes town hall, more
precisely at the Faculté des Métiers. Margaux is also involved in transcribing books into Braille, affirming her passion for the language.

Involved in various associations, she works for inclusion and disability awareness, notably through Osons la différence, the Festival Entr’2 Marche, and other inclusive initiatives such as Happy Hand & Le château des Salles, the Hervé Gourdel Association, and the Toques Blanches. Margaux is also a volunteer at the René Labreuille center, dedicated to people with disabilities, where she organizes a variety of activities. Her career illustrates a sustained commitment to solidarity and social inclusion.

Selma Doudouh

Selma Doudouh is a dynamic and passionate young woman, currently in her final year of high school and determined to embrace a career in events management. Selma is also very active in her school’s environmental initiatives as an eco-delegate.
This role enables him to make an active contribution to environmental protection, raising awareness among his peers of the importance of environmentally-friendly practices.
and participate in the organization of educational activities that promote ecological awareness within the school. Selma is also a film buff, a passion that enriches her cultural experience and complements her event management skills.

Camille Mascart

Camille Mascart is a senior at Lycée Bristol. Driven by a deep interest in scientific disciplines, she plans to pursue a career in this field, motivated by a desire to contribute to the advancement of knowledge.
Alongside her studies, Camille has been involved as an eco-delegate in her high school. This role enabled him to develop a passion for ecology.
and environmental aid. Camille’s experience of cinema, acquired when she was in film class in second year, has already opened the doors to several events in this field. However, attending the Festival International du Film Écologique et Social (FIFES) would be a first for her, offering a unique opportunity to deepen her interest in film while exploring how the medium can be used to raise public awareness of ecological issues.
