Sunday,June 2, 2024 – 10 a.m. to 11 p.m. – Allées de la Liberté
For this 4th edition, we’ll be taking advantage of a venue that’s particularly conducive to meetings, the new Allées de la Liberté, just a stone’s throw from the Arcades cinema.
Associations, NGOs, companies, local authorities and foundations involved in ecological and social issues will be present to raise awareness and present their actions to the public.
The Village des Initiatives aims to offer a wide range of activities, including frescoes (on climate, ecological renaissance, food, etc.), cooperative games for children, and scientific and artistic activities for families.
An area will be dedicated to round-table discussions on local issues, and this fourth edition will feature the launch of a Forum des Territoires en Transition.
The village offers a space for reflection and meetings between local and national professionals and the public.
Exhibitor’s guide
You wish to exhibit during the event?
Benefit from a very beautiful exhibition on the mythical esplanade of the Allées de la Liberté in Cannes. As the nerve center of Cannes, in the heart of the entertainment (restaurants, bars, shops) and close to the town hall, you benefit from an outstanding visibility to highlight your initiatives.
Installation of the stands : Unloading / installation / dismantling
9 a.m. to 10:30 a.m.: Equipment set-up and stand assembly
11am: Village opens to the public
10:00 pm: Dismantling
⚠️ Please remember to store the tables and chairs on the racks.
Material
We provide tables and chairs.
However, unless we inform you otherwise, there will be no marquee or grids.
⚠️ Remember to bring your umbrellas, water bottles, sunglasses and hat! It’s likely to be hot

We can provide an electrical connection.
Catering
On site, catering points with local productions.
Toilets and water point
In the ferry terminal, next to the Pantiero esplanade. Water points near the conference area.

Price: 3h free on Saturday – 3h free on Sunday – an “evening package” capped at
