The Village des Initiatives will take place on June 1, all day long from 10:00 am on the Allées de la Liberté, where associations and companies committed to ecological and social issues will be rubbing shoulders.
The Village will feature three round-table discussions on the theme of 2025, Water, our source of inspiration.
At 7:00 pm, a philharmonic concert of film music conducted by six professional orchestra conductors will be offered to the Cannes public.
Our aim is to establish the Village des Initiatives as a common space in the landscape of transition organizations in the Marais region, working to meet ecological and social challenges. Associations, companies, citizen movements, craftsmen and artists are invited to present their actions.
The purpose of the Village des Initiatives is to unite local players in the Marais region through the arts and cinema, focusing on ecological and social issues.

Would you like to exhibit at the event?
Benefit from a very beautiful exhibition on the mythical esplanade of the Allées de la Liberté in Cannes. As a focal point of the town, in the heart of the entertainment district (restaurants, bars, shops) and close to the town hall, you’ll benefit from exceptional visibility to highlight your initiatives.
Installation of the stands : Unloading / installation / dismantling
9 a.m. to 10 a.m.: Equipment set-up and stand assembly
10am: Village opens to the public
6:00 pm: Dismantling
⚠️ Please remember to store the tables and chairs on the racks.
Material
We provide tables and chairs.
However, unless we inform you otherwise, there will be no marquee or grids.
⚠️ Remember to bring your umbrellas, water bottles, sunglasses and hat! It’s likely to be hot.
Electricity
We can provide an electrical connection.
Catering
On site, catering points with local productions.
Toilets and water point
In the ferry terminal, next to the Pantiero esplanade. Water points near the conference area.

Prices: 3h free on Saturday – 3h free on Sunday – an “evening package” capped at capped at €3 on Saturday night (7pm to 9am).
