Awriting and reading workshop

with Virginie Perrot

Writing with the living :
Biodiversity outside, biodiversity inside

Sunday May 31st from 2:00 pm to 3:30 pm (1.5 h) – Espace Miramar

Virginie Perrot is a narrative therapist and sophrologist in Nice. She accompanies people through sensitive approaches that combine writing, listening and exploration of the living.

Her workshop takes us on a journey between the living world outside – as portrayed in the festival’s films – and the living world within us. Through readings and writing proposals, participants will explore their relationship with living things from a sensitive, intimate and poetic angle. Through collective writing and voluntary shared readings, this moment of exchange will enable the emergence of an “ecology of emotions” that complements the ecology of ecosystems. No writing skills are required: all that counts is listening, curiosity and the desire to explore. A gentle, lively space for dialogue between our stories and those of the world.

  • Objective Open up an accessible, creative and non-therapeutic space for writing about living things, and bring together biodiversity stories.
  • Language French
  • Audience Ages 12 and up
  • Price 5€ – free for children under 12

Yann Urbon’s contribution

Hypnosis session before the screening of “Au bout des mots” (At the end of words)

Friday, May 29, 6:00 pm to 6:15 pm (15 min.) – Espace Miramar

“Sublimating reality to drive and accompany individual and collective transformation” – if there were only one to choose from, this would be his main mission. Yann Urbon is a committed change agent with a passion for exploring the mind. Yann is at the origin of several initiatives, and divides his time between hypnosis as a dual practitioner and teacher, coaching high-impact organizations thanks to his skills as a facilitator of cooperative dynamics, and integrative health as a student of physiotherapy.

Between surprises, wonder and curiosity, get ready to embark on a hypnotic, rejuvenating journey before fully enjoying the screening of the film Au bout des mots (Lost for Words). Yann Urbon will guide you through this innovative immersive experience, a world first! Cameras open our minds to the world, giving us privileged access to reality beyond ourselves. The viewer experiences a conscious broadening of perceptions, as if the screen brought back to the brain what an extension of our sight had just captured elsewhere. What if we could direct the cameras towards our inner worlds? In this intervention, you’ll forget your seat and walk through the camera to feel yourself on the other side.

  • Objective: get in touch with the depth of the film Au bout des mots and become all the more sensitive to its messages.
  • Language: French
  • Public: all audiences
