Prune de Maistre is the author of the screenplays for the feature films <em><strong>Mia and the White Lion<\/strong><\/em> (2018), <strong><em>The Lion and the Wolf<\/em><\/strong> (2021) and <strong><em>The Last Jaguar<\/em><\/strong> (2024) directed by her husband Gilles de Maistre.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_pb_module et_d4_element et_pb_image globetrotting filmmaker, Gilles de Maistre began making documentaries in the 1980s, notably for Sygma T\u00e9l\u00e9vision and the CAPA agency.<br \/>War, famine, guerrilla warfare, homelessness, violence or natural disasters, he travels the world to denounce, alert and inform.<br \/>In 1990, he founded his production company Tetra Media to manage his own films.<br \/>His documentary, <em><strong>J'ai 12 ans et je fais la guerre<\/strong><\/em> won him the 1990 Albert-London Audiovisual Award, the Best Documentary prize at the International Emmy Awards, the 7 d'Or for Best Feature Story and a dozen other prizes around the world.<\/span><\/p><\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t<\/div><div class=\"et_d4_element et_pb_column_3_5 et_pb_column et_pb_column_2  et_pb_css_mix_blend_mode
