We’ re delighted to welcome you to our 5th edition on the theme of water: our source of inspiration.<\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

<\/span><\/p>\n

Under the sign of life<\/span><\/strong>This year,<\/strong> the festival pays tribute to young people and those who make cinema a medium of expression and commitment, and who have the capacity to contribute to the embodiment of new imaginaries. More than ever, the festival is a place for encounters, debate, reflection and openness to the world. <\/span><\/span> <\/span><\/p>\n

This year, a blue ribbon will be unfurled throughout the program, with screenings, events, conferences and live arts performances on the theme of water. This element, just as vital as the air we breathe, is essential to life. It will be presented in a variety of forms, and will be our guest of honor. <\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The<\/span> <\/span>F<\/span>I<\/span>F<\/span>E<\/span>S<\/span> <\/span>has enabled 15,000 spectators, filmmakers, artists and committed players from the department and beyond to come together around the festival’s raison d’\u00eatre:<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

Make ecological and social initiatives visible and promote them through the<\/span> <\/span>through the arts, and cinema in particular.<\/span><\/strong> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The festival is run by a group of citizens aware of the importance of taking action for the living, for young people and for the common good. We’d like to extend a special thank you to all the speakers and volunteers who help make the magic happen every year.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n

The 7th art is at the heart of our raison d’\u00eatre. Our aim is to highlight ecological and social initiatives in order to raise awareness, teach and pass on what’s possible, and thus create new imaginary worlds whose mission is to be embodied by citizen initiatives.<\/span> <\/span><\/span><\/p>\n
